Amelioration is the act of making something (or someone)
better. It is improving ailments to achieve the best outcome. At
Amelioration Health, I work diligently with my clients to
improve health and quality of life, by utilizing root cause
health analysis.

Root cause analysis means to find the root of disease or ailment
and heal from the ground up.

As a board certified nurse practitioner since 2019, I have
treated patients on every angle of the health pendulum. After
treating home-bound patients that suffered from debilitating
chronic disease, I was disheartened in the traditional approach
to medicine as generally reactive.

When I was introduced to root cause medicine, I fell in
love with the proactive approach to health. I am able to
help my patients reduce or reverse disease burden with
finding out the WHY.

I prescribe nutritional changes, supplements,
movement, and pharmaceuticals to my clients that are
targeted and individualized.
